Colorado = Security is thrilled to announce Security Leader Summit 2, Friday October 4th, 2024, at Comedy Works South and the Curtis Ballroom in Greenwood Village. We are excited to have another summit celebrating Colorado = Security’s 10 years organizing Colorado's security leader community!
There is an amazing agenda for this one-day event focusing on learning, sharing, and networking. If you attended Summit 1, this will look very similar to you. Sessions include:
Peer case studies: Security leaders sharing their experience with a focus on (1) a problem they were trying to solve, (2) problems they experienced and ways they had to pivot, (3) what worked and others should copy, (4) tools others can re-use, and (5) time for questions and answers.
Working groups: Moderator-led sessions in which a deliverable will be created. Harness the experience and perspectives of the attendees to create an actionable strategy document that will be distributed to all attendees.
The human side: Security knowledge is not all that's required to build an effective security program. Soft skills are a key part of influencing organizational change. These sessions are focused on improving leadership skills, communication, executive influence, and other essential skills.
